"Nothing I Wanted Was in Stock"
I went in hoping to pick up a few things, but nothing I wanted was in stock. The frustrating part was getting vague promises like “we should have it soon” without any real idea of when. It just felt like a wasted trip

"Order was mostly right"
well... my order from mwpolar.com was mostly right, but one of the items wasn’t the exact size I picked. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a little annoying because I expected it to match what I ordered.
The rest of the order was fine and packed okay. I didn’t bother returning it since I can still use the item, but it would’ve been better if everything had been correct the first time.

"Felt cheap and didn’t last"
I really wanted to like this, but it felt flimsy right out of the box and ended up breaking way sooner than I expected. Maybe I just got a bad one, or maybe the materials are cheaper than they look, but either way it wasn’t worth the money for me.

I had a frustrating experience with support. They took a long time to respond, and when they finally did, it didn’t really feel like they were trying to help much. I kept waiting and thinking maybe the next reply would actually solve something, but it just kind of went nowhere. it felt like my issue wasn’t a priority at all.

I was disappointed because the expiration dates were way too close. I barely had time to use them, that’s not what I expected. Like, I opened the package and then realized they were going to expire so soon. Just kind of frustrating.

"Returning my order was way more annoying than expected"
I ordered from mwpolar.com and ended up needing to return the item, and for some reason the whole return process just felt harder than it should have been. It took a while to get clear answers, and I felt like I had to keep following up just to move things along.
The product itself wasn’t necessarily terrible, but the return experience really left a bad impression. I probably wouldn’t order from them again unless they make returns a lot simpler and more straightforward.

"I bought this thinking I was making..."
I bought this thinking I was making some genius healthy choice for my diet, and then I checked the sugar and salt and nearly lost my mind. It was way more than I expected, and the labels weren’t exactly making things easy to figure out either. Maybe I’m being dramatic, but I felt betrayed by a snack. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again if you’re actually trying to eat healthy.

Overall, the delivery experience was decent. Most of my orders showed up without any issues, which I appreciated, but one did arrive later than expected. It wasn’t a huge problem, but it did make the service feel a little less reliable than I’d hoped

For some reason, the taste was really off to me. It had this weird sour, almost metallic aftertaste that I just couldn’t get past, and I ended up not finishing it. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d buy it again.

"Refund was a hassle"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get a refund from mwpolar.com. I sent a couple emails and kept getting responses that didn’t really explain much, then everything kind of went quiet for a few days. It felt like one of those things where you’re just waiting around for someone to actually handle it. Returning it and getting my money back shouldn’t have been this difficult. Maybe it went smoother for other people, but for me it was just annoying and I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

Saw the same items for less on other sites. Same stuff. Cheaper elsewhere. So yeah, probably won’t buy from here again.

"Labels are mostly accurate"
I picked these up after my sister mentioned needing something similar, and overall the labels have been mostly accurate. I did notice a few that seemed a little off, but nothing too major

"Really frustrated with the whole experience"
I’m disappointed. The whole experience was rough, and when I reached out for help, support took forever to get back to me. When they finally did, it felt like they just kept hiding behind “policy” instead of actually trying to fix the problem. I get that rules exist, but it was really frustrating to feel brushed off.

"Packaging really let me down"
I ordered from MW Polar because I didn’t feel like making another store run that week, maybe I was just being lazy. But when the box got here, it looked like it had been tossed around badly. There was hardly any padding inside either, just the cans kind of loose in the box.
A few of them were dented up badly, and one had leaked a little, which was frustrating. I know shipping can be rough, and I get that stuff happens, but this felt like the packaging just wasn’t enough. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve how they pack things

I ordered from mwpolar.com and when the box arrived, quite a few of the cans were dented, with some of the labels scuffed up too. I get that a dent here and there can happen during shipping, but this is where it got annoying, it wasn’t just one or two cans, it was enough to make the whole order feel poorly packed. Not really what I expected, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Rubbery texture and not worth it"
I ordered the mushrooms and couldn’t get through them. The texture was rubbery and kind of slimy, and it just felt off from the first bite. It made me wonder if they’re cutting corners to keep costs down, because it definitely didn’t taste like much care went into it.

I tried ordering from mwpolar.com, and at first I thought it was just a small glitch, but the checkout got frustrating fast.
My address was entered correctly, but it kept throwing errors anyway. Then when I hit pay, the payment page froze, which made me think maybe it was fine, no, actually, that made me more nervous because I had no idea if I’d been charged or not.
I refreshed and started over, but there wasn’t any clear message or easy help right there during checkout. Maybe other people get through it without a problem, but for me it was annoying enough that I just gave up and left without buying...
